Do I need to pre-register for class?
Yes, pre-registration is currently required. Please visit the Class Schedule to register for a class.
What are the benefits of membership?
There are many benefits to being part of the PRANA Yoga family! Our Unlimited and Mini Memberships provide access to our on-demand library of online yoga classes. The Unlimited Membership also includes a 10% discount on retail and special events/workshops and free welcome gift. Visit the Memberships section to learn more.
How do I cancel or freeze my membership?
Say it isn't so! If you are not satified with your membership for any reason, please contact us. Memberships may be canceled with 30 days notice by email.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds on memberships or unused class packs. Membership and class packs are transferable. Retail products may be returned in 30 days if product is not removed from original packaging or used in any way.
How do I check into class when I arrive?
We recommend self check-in via our mobile app, available for download in the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android), for the simplest and safest (contactless) check-in. Otherwise, please see an instructor or staff member when you arrive.
The door was locked when I arrived. Why?
To ensure the safety of our students, staff, their personal belongings, and our retail products, we lock doors one minute before class begins. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts to avoid being locked out. Thank you for your understanding.
Is there a minimum age to practice?
Our minimum age requirement is 12 years old for adult classes. Students between the ages of 12 and 15 are not permitted to attend heated classes. Those 12 to 15 must practice with a parent or guardian. You have to be at least 16 to take a heated or hot yoga class. All minors (under 18) must have a parent waiver signed prior to practicing.
Where should I put my belongings?
Cubbies are available for shoes and socks. We also have a bench for shoe storage. Hooks are available for coats and other belongings. Please leave wet umbrellas in the holder by the front door. As a safety precaution, we recommend leaving personal items in your car or at home (to the extent possible). While we have video cameras, we cannot guarantee the safety of your personal belongings left unattended at the studio.
Do you have showers?
We do not have showers. We have two restrooms which can also be used as changing rooms.

Our class offerings are varied, yet consistent, and intentional. Our vibe is friendly, positive, and energetic. We seek to build community and care about each of our members. How is hot yoga different from a standard class? What should I expect?
Hot yoga classes are heated to 95-105 degrees fahrenheit. Heated classes are kept at around 80-85 degrees fahrenheit. You should expect to sweat! Make sure you hydrate before, during, and after class (we recommend 20 ounces of water at least 2-3 hours before class). Bring a towel and wear minimal layers of clothing. Invest in a quality rubber mat that will prevent slip (like the B Mat, available in store for purchase). Check with your doctor in advance if you have any health conditions. Recognize your limits and take plenty of breaks (rest in child's pose).
I can't make a class I registered for! What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel your reservation at any time. Classes must be cancelled at a minimum of 6 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the class. Please login to your account to manage your schedule.

Are masks required?
Masks are optional in most of our classes. We offer three weekly classes, taught by Angela Hawkins, that require masks for students that prefer to practice in that setting: Sunrise Flow Wed 6:30am, Friday Gentle Flow to Restore 6:30pm, and Sat Heated Flow 8:30am. The requirement is reflected in the class title. See COVID safety precautions for more information.
