I have been added to the wait list for a class. How does that work and how will I know if I made it?We will automatically promote students from the waitlist 4+ hours before class. In the 4 hours leading up to a class, we will manually promote students from the waitlist and send a text message as well. If you do not make it into the class, the class will be returned to your account in the form of a session pass you can use to book a future class. You can check your position on the waitlist by logging into your account and clicking My Schedule (see example below). If no position is listed, you are in!

What should I bring to class, what should I wear and when should I arrive?WEAR: Wear comfortable, athletic clothing. We recommend layers that may be removed for comfort, especially in a heated or hot yoga class. Leave socks and shoes in the cubbies. BRING: Bring your yoga mat and water in a reusable bottle to ensure hydration. For heated or hot yoga classes, bring a dry towel. Mats are available for rent ($2/session) and for sale in-studio. We provide a variety of shareable props including blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps. ARRIVE: Arrive between 5-10 minutes before class starts to check in and set up your mat in the designated spot. Doors may be locked before then. Doors are once again locked when class begins for safety reasons. We recommend self check-in via our mobile app, available for download in the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android), for the simplest and safest (contactless) check-in. Otherwise, please see an instructor or staff member when you arrive.

How is hot yoga different from a standard class? What should I expect?Hot yoga classes are heated to 95-105 degrees fahrenheit. Heated classes are kept at around 80-85 degrees fahrenheit. You should expect to sweat! Make sure you hydrate before, during, and after class (we recommend 20 ounces of water at least 2-3 hours before class). Bring a towel and wear minimal layers of clothing. Invest in a quality rubber mat that will prevent slip (like the B Mat, available in store for purchase). Check with your doctor in advance if you have any health conditions. Recognize your limits and take plenty of breaks (rest in child's pose).

Do you have showers? We do not have showers but do have two large restrooms which can be used as changing areas.
