  • Class Registration Policy
Pre-registration is highly recommended as some of our classes do tend to wait list. Registering in advance is the best way to secure your spot. Please visit the Class Schedule to register for a class.
  • Class Cancellation Policy
We have a 4 hour class cancellation policy. Classes must be cancelled 4 hours in advance to avoid the class being duducted from your account. Members who have two or more late cancellations or no-shows in a one week period will be charged $15 to the card we have on file. Please login to your account to manage your schedule.
  • Membership Hold & Cancellation Policy
Membership Hold Policy: We offer our members the ability to pause their memberships or put their memberships on hold one time per year for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 30 days. Please email us with the exact dates of your requested hold. Membership Cancellation Policy: Say it isn't so! If you are not satisfied with your membership for any reason, please contact us. Memberships may be cancelled with a minimum of 30 days notice by email. Last monthly payment may be prorated.
  • Refund Policy
There are no refunds on memberships or unused class packs. Class packs are transferrable prior to expiration. Retail products may be returned in 30 days if product is not removed from original packaging or used in any way.
  • Minimum Age Policy
Our minimum age requirement is 12 years old for adult classes. Students between the ages of 12 and 15 are not permitted to attend heated classes. Those 12 to 15 must practice with a parent or guardian. You have to be at least 16 to take a heated or hot yoga class. All minors (under 18) must have a parent waiver signed prior to practicing.
  • Late Arrival Policy
To ensure the safety of our students, staff, their personal belongings, and our retail products, we lock doors one minute before class begins. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts to avoid being locked out. Thank you for your understanding.

  • I am a beginner or new to yoga. Where do I start?
Congratulations for taking the first steps on your journey to total wellbeing! If you are a beginner or new to yoga, we recommend starting with our Gentle Flow classes, and then transitioning to our Flow classes as you build familiarity with the practice. Our instructors are SUPER friendly and happy to help!
  • I have been added to the wait list for a class. How does that work and how will I know if I made it?
We will automatically promote students from the waitlist 4+ hours before class. In the 4 hours leading up to a class, we will manually promote students from the waitlist and send a text message as well. If you do not make it into the class, the class will be returned to your account in the form of a session pass you can use to book a future class. You can check your position on the waitlist by logging into your account and clicking My Schedule (see example below). If no position is listed, you are in!
  • What are the benefits of membership?
There are many benefits to being part of the PRANA Yoga family! Both the Mini Membership and the Unlimited Membership offer steep discounts off the typical class drop-in rate. The Unlimited Membership also includes a 10% discount on retail and special events/workshops. Visit the Memberships section to learn more.
  • What should I bring to class, what should I wear and when should I arrive?
WEAR: Wear comfortable, athletic clothing. We recommend layers that may be removed for comfort, especially in a heated or hot yoga class. Leave socks and shoes in the cubbies. BRING: Bring your yoga mat and water in a reusable bottle to ensure hydration. For heated or hot yoga classes, bring a dry towel. Mats are available for rent ($2/session) and for sale in-studio. We provide a variety of shareable props including blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps. ARRIVE: Arrive between 5-10 minutes before class starts to check in and set up your mat in the designated spot. Doors may be locked before then. Doors are once again locked when class begins for safety reasons. We recommend self check-in via our mobile app, available for download in the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android), for the simplest and safest (contactless) check-in. Otherwise, please see an instructor or staff member when you arrive.

  • How is hot yoga different from a standard class? What should I expect?
Hot yoga classes are heated to 95-105 degrees fahrenheit. Heated classes are kept at around 80-85 degrees fahrenheit. You should expect to sweat! Make sure you hydrate before, during, and after class (we recommend 20 ounces of water at least 2-3 hours before class). Bring a towel and wear minimal layers of clothing. Invest in a quality rubber mat that will prevent slip (like the B Mat, available in store for purchase). Check with your doctor in advance if you have any health conditions. Recognize your limits and take plenty of breaks (rest in child's pose).
  • Do you have showers?
We do not have showers but do have two large restrooms which can be used as changing areas.
