General FAQs
Pre-registration is highly recommended as some of our classes do occasionally wait list. Registering in advance is the best way to secure your spot. You can, however, drop-in to a class unregistered if there is a spot available. Online registration closes 30 mins before the session begins.
We have a 4 hour class cancellation policy. Classes must be cancelled at least 4 hours in advance to avoid the class being deducted from your account. Members who have two or more late cancellations or no-shows in a one week period will be charged $15 to the card we have on file.
Membership Hold Policy: We offer our members the ability to pause their memberships or put their memberships on hold one time per year for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 30 days. Please contact us in writing with the exact dates of your requested hold.
Membership Cancellation Policy: Say it isn't so! Memberships may be cancelled anytime with a minimum of 30 days notice in writing. Your last monthly payment may be prorated.
There are no refunds on gift cards, memberships or unused class packs. Class packs are transferrable prior to expiration. Retail products may be returned in 30 days if product is not removed from original packaging or used in any way.
Our minimum age requirement is 12 years old for adult classes. Students under the age of 16 are not permitted to attend heated or hot classes. Students aged 12 to 15 must practice with a parent or guardian. All minors (under 18) must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian prior to attending services.
To ensure the safety of our studio and to preserve the integrity of the class in session, we lock the front door when class begins. Please arrive 15 minutes early to avoid being locked out. Students are not allowed to use the back door. Thank you for your understanding.
