Flow Yoga, also known as Vinyasa Yoga, is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. This class is designed to build heat and strength. Featuring a variety of postures, no two classes are alike!

Yin Yoga incorporates postures that are held for longer periods of time to target the deeper connective tissues. Great for mobility and a perfect compliment to a more active yoga practice! Props such as bolsters, blocs, pillows, or blankets are encouraged.
An all levels detoxifying yoga practice focused on building strength and creating balance in your mind and body as you move through challenging poses and connect with your breath. This class is heated to 95-100 degrees.
