Flow Yoga

Also known as Vinyasa Yoga, this style is characterized by moving from one posture to another seamlessly, in coordination with your breath. Featuring a variety of postures, no two classes are alike! Regardless of whether you chose the Heated, Hot or unheated options, you'll build heat and strength.

Yin Yoga

We'll leverage props to hold mostly seated or reclined postures for 3-6 minutes for deep stretches and to dissolve tension. This meditative class releases fascia, improves mobility and circulation, while calming and clearing the mind.

Muscles + Movement

This is our signature Yoga Sculpt class. In a heated (85 degrees) environment, we incorporate 3lb hand weights, cardio bursts and signature yoga postures. With a strong focus on strength, you will receive a full body workout while preserving the mental and meditative components of yoga.

Gentle Flow Yoga

Perfect for beginners or those who are interested in a gentler yoga practice, this class incorporates simple sequences to warm and open up the body, and slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga combines the the yoga asana practice with a suspended hammock. These classes include elements of stretching, strengthening, balance and inversions. You'll leave feeling challenged and accomplished!

Restorative Yoga

Enter a state of deep relaxation as you hold few poses for long periods of time using little physical effort. Cultivate mindfulness and release tension from the body. Props are used to allow the body to be in the most comfortable, supported position possible.
