Flow Yoga

Flow Yoga, also known as Vinyasa Yoga, is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. This class is designed to build heat and strength. Featuring a variety of postures, no two classes are alike!

Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga allows students to access deeper stretches, release chronic tension, and teaches every student how to use their core to pull everything together and move from their center. In this class we leverage an aerial yoga hammock.

Gentle Flow to Restore

Build warmth in the body slowly and gently in the first half of this class before gradually transitioning into a few restorative poses that allow you to enter a state of total relaxation and restfulness. It's a perfect way to finish off the week!

Hot or Heated Flow Yoga

An all levels detoxifying yoga practice focused on building strength and creating balance in your mind and body as you move through challenging poses and connect with your breath.  Hot classes are heated to 95-105 degrees, while heated are maintained at 80-85 degrees.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga incorporates postures that are held for longer periods of time to target the deeper connective tissues. Great for mobility and a perfect compliment to a more active yoga practice! Props such as bolsters, blocs, pillows, or blankets are encouraged.

Sunrise Flow Yoga

Start your day off right by increasing your flexibility, strength, mental clarity and overall energy levels with this morning yoga flow class. Appropriate for all levels.

Muscles + Movement

Yoga sculpt class in a heated (85 degrees) or hot (100 degrees) incorporating 3lb hand weights, cardio bursts and signature yoga postures. With a strong focus on strength, you will receive a full body workout while preserving the mental and meditative components of yoga.

Gentle Flow Yoga

Geared to those who are new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentler yoga practice.  This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.

Buti Yoga

Buti means “the cure to something hidden or kept in secret”. This is a movement method pairing dynamic asana with primal movement and intentional shaking, to catalyze healing on the physical, emotional and energetic level.
