Power Flow

One breath, one movement is the basis of this 45 minute power vinyasa flow class. Power classes are a strong moving flow that cultivate balance, stability, flexibility, and vigor. Breath awareness and coordination are carried throughout the practice as the asana ebbs and flows between effort and ease.
