GENTLE
FLOW
A slower, highly accessible, and restorative style that connects breathing with light, soothing movements. Gentle Flow emphasizes deep breathing, stress relief, and ease, making it ideal for beginners or those recovering from injury.

VINYASA
FLOW
A dynamic, creative practice where you seamlessly transition from one posture to the next, synchronizing every movement with an inhale or exhale. It keeps your heart rate up and builds a balanced mix of flexibility, strength, and mindfulness, making it ​ideal for beginners.

POWER
FLOW
An athletic, fitness-driven version of Vinyasa. It moves at a quicker pace, incorporates strength-building movements (like planks and push-ups), and emphasizes cardiovascular endurance and building internal heat, sometimes in a heated room. Recommended for experienced students.

YOGA SCULPT
A high-energy workout that mixes traditional yoga poses with hand weights, Pilates balls, or other props. Recommended for experienced students looking to add strength and cardio to their yoga practice.

YIN
YOGA
A slow-paced style where you hold relaxing poses on the floor for several minutes to stretch deep body tissues. Appropriate for students of all levels.

AERIAL

A fun practice that uses a silk hammock hanging from the ceiling to support your body in the air, allowing for a deeper stretch. Appropriate for students of all levels.
